You’ll have a 1-hour call with your travel sherpa so that we can understand your goals for your trip, allowing us to deliver the perfect itinerary to make that happen. On the 1-hour call, we’ll discuss and agree on an itinerary outline, which is simply the number of nights you’ll sleep in each city.
We do all the research so you don’t have to. We find experiences that fit your style and preferences. This is our dedicated time, not yours. This is typically 7-10 days, depending on the number of days planned.
You’ll receive a day-to-day custom itinerary proposal with options for each day that we are planning (1 version). You’ll have 72 hours to make your selections. Pick the options you want. You’ll always have the final say in which accommodations and activities are booked: accommodation options (2-3 per location), experience and activity options (2-4 per planned day), thoughtfully timed activities, and transfer options to move you from one city to the next.
We dedicate our time to planning and booking your trip, we never leave you hanging. Before we book anything, we’ll have a quick call to confirm your selections (30 minutes). Booking and finalizing your itinerary is typically completed over the course of 1-week from our confirmation call.
We’ll book your accommodations, activities, and some ground transportation/transfers. *The price of the activities, accommodations, transportation, etc., is not included in our fee.
Final Custom Itinerary (APP and PDF format) includes:
- A detailed, organized, custom-planned itinerary
- All booking and confirmation information, including attachments and contact info for all bookings. All the details that make your trip YOURS
- Restaurant Recommendations. *Reservations are not included.
- Need to know location info (currency, main transportation, weather, tipping, important items to pack, etc.)
- Tips to get your phone ready for your trip, including apps to set you up for success.
After we deliver your final itinerary, we’ll have a call to make sure you’re all set to execute your trip and address any outstanding items (ex: tickets that aren’t on sale yet). This is when we hand the trip off, bringing your planning timeline to a close. The call is typically 30 minutes.
